David Riley, Associate with mcCallumSather, has carved a niche for himself as a versatile designer who excels in projects that pose unique challenges, employing data-driven approaches to shape meaningful design solutions. David leads engineering design of major mechanical building systems, encompassing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. David’s commitment to teamwork is evident in his collaborative approach, both as a participant and a leader navigating the intricacies of the design process.

David’s expertise extends across education, workspace, industrial and residential sectors. This includes, primary to grade 12, post secondary, affordable housing and multi-unit residential of various size and scale, including a growing portfolio of heritage projects.

David is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) and Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO); Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE); and LEED® Accredited Professional Building Design & Construction, Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC).
