Le d\u00e9fi consistait \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un p\u00f4le complet et culturellement appropri\u00e9 qui non seulement fournirait des services essentiels, mais cr\u00e9erait \u00e9galement un sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance et de connexion \u00e0 la terre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-gray-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5dd5e0c97fc20d02628cddf0d98a7863\"><strong>R\u00e9ponse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Centre de bien-\u00eatre Biindigen a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme un nouveau mod\u00e8le de soins et de communaut\u00e9. Les 120 000 pi\u00b2 Le projet de d\u00e9veloppement rassemble des services de sant\u00e9, des services de garde d&rsquo;enfants, des soutiens sociaux et des logements abordables sur un seul site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conception embrasse la terre, s&rsquo;incurvant autour d&rsquo;un feu sacr\u00e9 central et s&rsquo;int\u00e9grant aux sentiers pi\u00e9tonniers existants pour former un cadre de type village. Le projet r\u00e9duit le carbone incorpor\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de produits en bois d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie tels que le bois lamell\u00e9-crois\u00e9 et les colonnes en bois lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9, tandis que le chauffage g\u00e9othermique et les panneaux solaires sur le toit fournissent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le paysage est tout aussi essentiel, avec des jardins de pluie, des plates-bandes pour pollinisateurs et des jardins de plantes m\u00e9dicinales cr\u00e9ant un habitat et renfor\u00e7ant les relations entre les personnes et le monde naturel.
