Situ\u00e9 sur un terrain de densification exceptionnellement restreint dans le quartier Cabbagetown, le projet offre 48 unit\u00e9s de logements avec services de soutien dignes, con\u00e7ues pour favoriser la stabilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9habilitation et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration au c\u0153ur urbain. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Le b\u00e2timent de huit \u00e9tages de 25 026 pieds carr\u00e9s est livr\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de construction par livraison de projet int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (IPD), permettant une collaboration \u00e9troite entre le propri\u00e9taire, les concepteurs, les constructeurs et les partenaires commerciaux. Construit avec un syst\u00e8me structurel en bois massif et des composants pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, le projet \u00e9quilibre vitesse, durabilit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cision ; des facteurs cl\u00e9s sur un site actif du centre-ville avec une aire de pr\u00e9paration limit\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de la construction a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement planifi\u00e9 pour maintenir un corridor de livraison ouvert pendant la majeure partie de la construction, l’enveloppe se r\u00e9alisant dans les phases finales. La conception met l’accent sur la durabilit\u00e9 et une approche architecturale tenant compte des traumatismes, soutenant \u00e0 la fois la performance environnementale et la cr\u00e9ation d’espaces s\u00e9curitaires et respectueux pour les r\u00e9sidents. L’installation du bois massif joue un r\u00f4le central pour respecter des \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers ambitieux tout en minimisant les perturbations dans la communaut\u00e9 environnante. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
