Le client recherchait une solution de conception qui maximiserait l&rsquo;espace disponible tout en assurant la livraison d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le de logement rentable, durable et rapidement d\u00e9ployable. Le projet pr\u00e9sentait des d\u00e9fis uniques, notamment une empreinte \u00e9troite de 6,5 m\u00e8tres de largeur et une condition de ligne de lot z\u00e9ro, n\u00e9cessitant une approche strat\u00e9gique de la planification spatiale et de la construction. Le client visait \u00e9galement \u00e0 incorporer la construction en bois massif pour atteindre les objectifs de durabilit\u00e9 et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus de construction, n\u00e9cessitant une approche de conception innovante qui \u00e9quilibrait la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire avec la fonctionnalit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-gray-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5dd5e0c97fc20d02628cddf0d98a7863\"><strong>R\u00e9ponse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les conceptions initiales se concentraient principalement sur les consid\u00e9rations de site et d&rsquo;enveloppe, ce qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une reconfiguration compl\u00e8te pour incorporer les espaces m\u00e9caniques et de soutien essentiels. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;absence de sous-sol ou de niveau inf\u00e9rieur, tous les services m\u00e9caniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 strat\u00e9giquement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au premier \u00e9tage, n\u00e9cessitant une planification m\u00e9ticuleuse dans les contraintes spatiales serr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une innovation cl\u00e9 du projet \u00e9tait l&rsquo;utilisation du bois lamell\u00e9 clou\u00e9 (NLT) au lieu du bois lamell\u00e9-crois\u00e9 (CLT) plus couramment utilis\u00e9, qui offrait des avantages en termes de rapidit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation pour le projet tout en posant des d\u00e9fis suppl\u00e9mentaires de permis avec les autorit\u00e9s locales. Structurellement, les proportions \u00e9lanc\u00e9es du b\u00e2timent ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;un cadre de contreventement en acier robuste \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re pour assurer la stabilit\u00e9 tout en maintenant les exigences spatiales et programmatiques du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nature modulaire pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e du projet a introduit une approche de documentation par phases, o\u00f9 des dessins d\u00e9taill\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis de mani\u00e8re progressive pour respecter les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de logement rapide. Une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la coordination avec les fabricants de panneaux pour assurer l&rsquo;intention architecturale tout en \u00e9vitant les d\u00e9tails redondants.
