Le Centre Peach King (CPK) est un centre communautaire vital qui dessert la ville de Grimsby. Alors que la communaut\u00e9 continue de cro\u00eetre, l’installation existante n\u00e9cessitait une expansion pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante d’\u00e9quipements r\u00e9cr\u00e9atifs et sociaux. Le projet visait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des r\u00e9sidents en ajoutant un double gymnase, une piste de marche int\u00e9rieure, un centre jeunesse, des \u00e9quipements de conditionnement physique, des salles polyvalentes et des vestiaires d’ar\u00e9na modernis\u00e9s. De plus, le projet comprenait des am\u00e9liorations au site de l’h\u00f4tel de ville\/CPK, telles que des am\u00e9liorations de stationnement, de nouveaux passages pi\u00e9tonniers et une infrastructure pour le transport actif.<\/p>\n\n

L’expansion introduit de nouveaux espaces de programmation, notamment un double gymnase, un centre jeunesse, une salle de conditionnement physique et une piste de marche, tout en modernisant les installations existantes pour cr\u00e9er un environnement intuitif, accessible et flexible. L’entr\u00e9e r\u00e9orient\u00e9e et le stationnement consolid\u00e9 am\u00e9liorent la connectivit\u00e9 du site, tandis que l’orientation vers le sud offre des vues pittoresques sur l’espace vert environnant et l’escarpement. Avec une enveloppe de b\u00e2timent haute performance et un volume r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, la conception privil\u00e9gie la durabilit\u00e9, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 et l’engagement communautaire, garantissant que le Centre demeure un lieu de rassemblement dynamique pour tous les r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
