Sans mesures de r\u00e9duction du carbone, le portefeuille actuel de b\u00e2timents institutionnels de la ville devrait \u00e9mettre environ 18\u00a0000\u00a0tonnes d\u2019\u00e9q.\u00a0CO2. Dans une strat\u00e9gie qui s\u2019harmonise avec le calendrier actuel de remplacement des actifs de la ville, la voie \u00e9labor\u00e9e comprenait une strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 quatre\u00a0niveaux qui explorait les r\u00e9ductions de charge pr\u00e9vues qui permettraient de r\u00e9duire de 20\u00a0% les \u00e9missions annuelles d\u2019ici\u00a02050\u00a0; des r\u00e9ductions de charge pr\u00e9vues avec des mesures m\u00e9caniques qui permettraient de r\u00e9duire de 72\u00a0% les \u00e9missions annuelles\u00a0; une \u00e9lectrification suppl\u00e9mentaire qui pourrait entra\u00eener une r\u00e9duction de 88\u00a0% et, enfin, l\u2019introduction de strat\u00e9gies de compensation pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de 100\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
