Un passage \u00e0 ce niveau permet de cr\u00e9er un espace public accessible et \u00e9tendu, con\u00e7u pour animer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience au niveau de la rue. Le podium est am\u00e9nag\u00e9 sur deux niveaux, cr\u00e9ant ainsi de vastes terrasses ext\u00e9rieures aux 7e et 13e \u00e9tages. Du 13e au 30e \u00e9tage, une tour r\u00e9sidentielle de forme carr\u00e9e s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve, culminant avec des commodit\u00e9s int\u00e9rieures et ext\u00e9rieures au 31e \u00e9tage.
