Travaillant c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le projet repr\u00e9sentait l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 pour les deux \u00e9quipes de partager des id\u00e9es et des connaissances au sein de leurs 400 membres du personnel de recherche. La conception maximise les opportunit\u00e9s de collaboration, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un auditorium d&rsquo;apprentissage haut de gamme. Compte tenu de sa proximit\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;H\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hamilton, la circulation du trafic d&rsquo;urgence vers et depuis le campus a \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, ainsi que sa proximit\u00e9 avec les transports en commun avoisinants.
