Known for his strong attention to detail and organized approach, Nick has developed a broad portfolio featuring exciting post-secondary and advanced sustainable design, including the award winning, ZCB Certified Endress+Hauser Customer Experience Centre; City of Hamilton, Valley Park Community Centre renovations and expansion, both projects with LEED Gold Pending; and phased, continuing work with the University of Waterloo, including the B1/B2 Laboratory Renovations, part of a sustainable Master Plan for its Science Building Complex. His new title is Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Nolan joined mcCallumSather in 2021. He is a demonstrated team leader and collaborator with experience in complex project delivery (P3, IPD), municipal approvals process, and development of creative design solutions across multiple sectors and project types. His focus since starting with mcCallumSather has been working with both institutional and private developers on Master Planning across several sectors; multi-unit residential design of all scale and size; and select retail and hospitality design. Recently, he and the residential team have been involved with innovative affordable housing designs, including the Net Zero Targeted design for a sweeping affordable housing project in Hamilton, 60 Caledon.  His new title is Senior Architect.

Congratulations to all three on this promotion, and they look forward to collaborating with our clients in their new roles.
