Peach King Centre Expansion Holistic Design Review Complete

mcCallumSather was selected in early 2023 to work with the Town of Grimsby on the Peach King Centre expansion project. As the project now moves into design development, the project has been transformed into a true campus, with additional sustainable design measures and larger gym.

“The proposed site plan will completely transform the site, creating attractive pedestrian connections and an outdoor green space between the Peach King Centre and town hall,” the report reads. “This extends the benefits of the project beyond just the internal components, creating a pedestrian plaza and green space that could host community events, programs, and passive use all year long.”
