Project Architect – Healthcare Design

Reporting to and under the general supervision of the firm Principals, the Project Architect will fulfill an essential role in the office by working alongside the firm Principals to oversee healthcare and research projects from design through construction. This role involves working directly with clients, consultants, designers, and technical teams to prepare the necessary documents for the project. In addition, it requires active engagement within the firm to promote the culture and engage positively with all staff members. Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships is a key component of this position as well as facilitating the promotion of the firm with outside individuals and agencies. The position requires attention to detail, a proactive positive attitude, and excellent communications skills.



Proposal Specialist

Reporting to the Principal, Business Development and Marketing, this position provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can handle all aspects of proposal development and production. You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy the fast-paced and competitive nature of business development. You are keen to work as part of the team developing client-focused strategies resulting in persuasive and winning proposals. The main responsibilities surround proposal and pursuit presentations, leading the coordination, writing, editing, and production of proposals, fee letters and statements of qualifications. In addition, you will play an important support role to our PR/Communications team, collaborating on marketing collateral and campaigns featuring the team’s innovative work.


Mechanical Engineer / Designer

Playing an important part in the Design Team, the Intermediate Mechanical Designer/Engineer is a team player with the ability to receive and execute instructions from the Senior team members or Project Manager with general supervision. The Intermediate Mechanical Designer/Engineer will prepare drawings of existing building systems and prepare drawings for renovations and new construction of moderate complexity based on verbal instructions, sketches and/or formal documents. The position also requires performing heating & cooling load calculations, preparing plans and other drawings for construction, performing inspections of existing facilities to determine and verify existing systems and details, and utilizing design equipment and technology.
