The Glove Box and Westinghouse HQ Recognized with Awards of Excellence

We are honoured to have been part of two projects recognized on April 27 with Awards of Excellence from the Grand Valley Construction Association Awards.

We are thrilled to congratulate the Zehr Group and Edge Architects for their Award of Excellence for Restoration or Conversion, recognizing their work on The Glove Box in Kitchener, on which we had the privilege of working as heritage consultants. The Glove Box is a unique and historically significant building that has been transformed into a modern and vibrant space for businesses and residents alike.

We are equally thrilled to announce Westinghouse HQ has been awarded the 2023 Award of Excellence for the Commercial Project Category between $5 – $10 million. Westinghouse HQ is near and dear to our team, a project we led with CSL, including architecture, mechanical engineering, conservation + heritage, and sustainable design, with interior design for select floor fit outs. The Net Zero Ready conversion of this historic property transformed an abandoned landmark in the City, into a modern and exciting workplace, one we still call home as an anchor tenant.
