William Neal, Principal at mcCallumSather, brings over a decade of architectural experience, hands-on construction expertise, and a complementary technical degree to lead some of the firm’s most innovative projects. With a strong focus on residential design, William has successfully managed a range of projects from supportive and affordable developments to high end multi-unit housing, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
In addition to his extensive experience in residential design, William has a rich history of working on civic, transportation, and education environments. His proficiency with Design Build, Design Bid Build, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contracts allows him to navigate the complexities of different project types effectively. Known for his ability to guide clients through the intricate regulatory, design, and construction processes, William maintains strong relationships with sub-consultants, planners, and urban design teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
William is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, a Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and a LEED Green Associate with the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC) and is licensed in Ontario and New Brunswick. He also carries a LEAN Yellow Belt Certificate of Achievement.
